Bishop Kessler, along with several clergy from the Diocese of the West, attended the retirement celebration of Fr. David Hoff. Fr. David’s many years of ministry has been a great blessing to his parish and the CEC.
God demonstrated His provision for Saint Paul’s, as Bishop Douglas Kessler installed Fr. Jerry Meixner as the new Vicar of St. Paul's CEC in Henderson, Nevada. Bishop Kessler was the celebrant and officiated over the installation service which took place on Sunday, February 13th, 2011.
