On Sunday January 23rd, a group from St. Paul's CEC in Henderson, Nevada joined more than a hundred others at the annual "lights for life" event at the Federal Courthouse in Las Vegas. Fr. David Hoff opened with prayer then testimonies were given by women who decided not to have an abortion due to the prayers and hard work of three of the local pro-life charities; all of which St. Paul's helps support. We sang and prayed and encouraged each other to keep on standing up for life in our daily lives and to participate in the social and political arenas of pro-life action in our country and globally.
